I recently read the article about the bionics and how they help in the medicine field. I feel that it is really impressive how far the technology had come. The story was focusing on the woman named Amanda who lost her arm in a car accident. But with the power of new technology she was able to get it back by replacing it with the bionic arm. Since the phantom memory of the arm is still in the brain, she was able to control it just like her regular arm. We now can replace the broken limbs with new bionic enhancements that will play the same role as the lost limb and I feel that it is really awesome.
I also read another article that is related to the technology. It’s focuses on the innerworkings of the night vision technology. There are two general types of night vision. The first is the Thermal imaging. It registers the heat of different objects. Could it be human, animal or even a deadly gas that is not visible to the human eye. The second type amplifies the light in order to see better in the dark. Nowadays the night vision technology is mostly used in household, specifically for monitoring the sleeping baby. I think that night vision’s popularity is holding very well. I feel that the night vision is quite impressive and will get better with ages.
