I recently read the 4th chapter of The Silver Chairs and answered provided questions.
- Eustace was Caspian’s old friend. They had a lot of adventures together
- Trumpkin kept the children away because he wanted to find the lost prince himself
- The main goal for the king is to find Aslan and speak with him for the last time. That’s why he set sail
- The Queen died after snake bite. The Prine was hunting for “The venomous worm” who killed his mother and eventually left and never returned. Lord Drinian met a very beautiful woman but she turned out to be evil. At first he did not said anything about her. But after the prince had vanished, he eventually told everything to the king and how because of his actions led to his son’s dissapearence.
I liked this chapter. It has showed us some backstory about the prince and how he went missing. And also dove a little into Kings story.
Besides that I read a really interesting news article about Covid-19 impact on economy. It sais that clothing shops are getting less revenue while DIY shops are sky rocketing in sales. That’s because people are mostly sitting in their homes without leaving it. So they would mostly reuqire household items rather then new clothes.
